2021 Florida State Championship - March 5-7, 2021
Important COVID information regarding the Florida State Championship
Hello everyone,
Here is some information on the upcoming TBOF State Championship March 5-7, 2021. I spoke to FWC concerning the shoot and COVID19. They stated we must follow CDC guidelines. So, face masks and social distancing will be required in the registration building. As you know, registration can and will get bogged down at peak times. Please be patient. We will be limiting the number of people in the building to accommodate the rules.
The community bunkhouse will have limited beds due to the COVID restrictions. COVID restrictions in the cabins will be self-regulated as we cannot control what is behind closed doors. Please consider precautions if you are renting a cabin or bunkhouse! Primitive camping will be first come, first serve. All cabins and bunkhouses have been rented. The only spaces we have left are in the community bunkhouse. You can email Amanda at amandammathews@gmail to check availability and reserve a bunk if interested.
The course set-up will start Thursday morning around 8 AM. We always need volunteers to help set the course and the “office” area. Lunch and the Volunteer & Vendor low-country boil will be enjoyed by those who participate in set-up activities. I spoke to Wayne, and he is doing well and looking forward to cooking some shrimp and seeing everyone again.
Well, that’s all for now. If you have any other questions, you can private message TBOF on Facebook or email me. Check the website and the TBOF Facebook for any further updates. Everyone stay safe, and I will see all of you in a few weeks!
